Shipping Policies
Domestic
- Shipping within India is Rs. 150 irrespective of the number of items bought.
- Shipping is free on purchases above Rs. 1499.
- Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 business days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
- Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any modification, kindly drop us a mail at info@kottanz.com or connect with us on 9960210084 within 2 hours of placing the order.
International
- Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during checkout depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.
- Any customs charges or VAT have to be borne by the customer. (Our I/E Code is AAECE2597H)
- From 1st July 2021, VAT is applicable on all shipments delivered in the EU. The duty and VAT have to be borne by the customers.
- Orders are delivered within 7–8 working days, unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.

- In case an international order is returned to us due to non-delivery (RTO – Return to Origin), please note that customs charges and shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. The refund will be issued only for the product cost, excluding any shipping or customs-related expenses, as these are non-refundable.
