Return and Exchange Policy

Domestic Orders

Return Policy

  • Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

Purchase Location

  • Items purchased at our retail store can be returned for store credit only.
  • Items purchased online can only be returned or exchanged online.

Exchange Policy

  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.
  • Payment: Any difference in amount must be paid when creating the exchange request. Cash on Delivery is not available for exchange orders.
  • Delivery: Exchange or replacement items will be delivered to the same address as the original order.

Product Exchange

  • If exchanging for the same or a different size, a replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
  • If exchanging for an item of higher value, the price difference must be paid. If the item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded as a credit note.
  • Items cannot be exchanged for multiple products. Only a single item can be selected for exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Process: Refunds will be issued once the product is picked up and passes Kottanz Loom Co's quality check.
  • Timeframe: Refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.
  • Exceptions: Products purchased during sales are non-refundable but can be exchanged.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: Refunds will be issued only after verification by the Kottanz Loom Co team. Concerns must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. In exceptional cases, a credit note or replacement will be provided.

International Orders

  • Currently, we do not offer return or exchange for international customers. For queries, contact us at info@kottanz.com.
  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment to receive a full refund. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
  • If a defective product is received, contact us immediately at info@kottanz.com with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. After investigation, a credit note or refund will be issued. No replacement will be sent.
